Inaugural Governor's Verses and Voices Festival Concert of Missouri

The Governor's Verses and Voices Festival Concert is a celebration of Missouri's music, art, and poetry.  The annual event occurs in the Missouri Capitol Rotunda, one of Missouri's most amazing places of architectural and acoustical beauty.  The concert includes songs by Missouri composers and poets performed by choirs from across Missouri, displays of student art and poetry, and poetry readings by selected students and Missouri's Poet Laureate.  The 2011 Governor's Festival Concert is scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2011.
