Non-Resident Poets of Missouri

The list below includes published poets who are related to Missouri but do not reside in the state. By compiling and publishing this information we are encouraging a creative partnership between Missouri’s composers, poets, choirs, and especially, our audiences, the people of Missouri.

Missouri Verses and Voices Goals:

• To give voice to the poets of Missouri.
• To interact with and interpret creative words and ideas.
• To think artistically, envisioning the design and images of creative words and ideas.
• To encourage creative collaboration between Missouri's composers, poets, and choirs.
• To inform Missouri's residents about the creative voice of Missouri.
